Do you know of someone getting married? A custom venue illustration would be the perfect wedding gift for the newlyweds! OR maybe you’re a bride-to-be and you’re looking for a personal touch to incorporate into your wedding day-of goodies? Your venue illustration can be digitized after it’s painted and you can use it to print on ceremony programs, menu cards, a guest book canvas, the possibilities are endless!

I can add calligraphy text on the painting as well with their wedding date and names (or any other text you would want to add).

If you are wanting a digitized file of your artwork in addition to the original painting, there is an extended license fee of $150 in addition to the cost of the painting. You will be emailed an extended license contract if you choose this option.

Please note: The best time to place an order for a house/venue painting is at the beginning of the month since that’s when my slots become available. It’s a first come, first serve basis with my email subscribers getting first dibs a day before the public does.

The Process:

After placing your order, you will email a photo of your venue (and any other information necessary such as the venue name and what, if anything, you want written in calligraphy at the bottom of your painting) to hello@haleyelizabethdesign.com *please see below instructions*

(The detail of the painting will greatly depend on the quality of the photo you send. Please take a well-lit, front facing photo of the venue during normal daylight hours. Please also include the name and location of the wedding venue.

After I have received your photo, I will sketch it in pencil on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper. From there, watercolor is slowly added through layers that will bring your venue to life on paper! *If you’d like to see photos of the painting process, let me know and I’ll send ya some to get you excited! ;)

Once the final details have been added and your painting is complete, IT’S TIME TO SHIP IT TO YOU!

Please note that my current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. From the time that your order is placed, your painting will be mailed out in 10-15 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once it’s been shipped!
